1. Nature of merchandise

Grandcrest Liquidators sells wholesale liquidation merchandise, including customer returns, overstock, shelf pulls and related goods. Inventory is sold as described on each listing. Condition can vary within a lot. Unless expressly stated in writing, merchandise is sold as-is.

2. Listings and availability

Listings are invitations to treat, not binding offers, until we confirm your order. Inventory is limited and may change without notice. We may accept, decline or cancel an order if merchandise is unavailable or if information was listed in error.

3. Orders and confirmation

Submitting interest, an offer or a request does not complete a sale. A contract is formed when we confirm the order in writing, including by WhatsApp or email, under the agreed price, quantity and terms. Payment is typically due within 48 hours of confirmation unless otherwise agreed.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are wholesale prices as stated on the listing or confirmation. Shipping is usually extra. Applicable taxes may apply based on destination and documentation. Payment methods are confirmed per order. Title and release of goods follow cleared payment and our confirmation.

5. Shipping and risk

Risk of loss passes according to the shipping terms on the confirmation, for example when goods are tendered to the carrier. Transit times are estimates. We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs holds or events beyond our reasonable control.

6. Inspection and claims

Inspect merchandise promptly on receipt. Report shortages, severe mis-ships or transit damage within the timeframe stated on your confirmation, or within 48 hours of delivery if none is stated, with photos and order references. Liquidation goods are not returnable for change of mind or ordinary variation within the stated condition category.

7. Manifests

Manifests, when provided, are based on information from suppliers and programs. Minor discrepancies in quantity, description or value can occur. Manifests are guidance tools, not warranties of exact contents.

8. Reseller responsibility

You are responsible for complying with the laws in your jurisdiction on business licensing, product safety, resale and taxes, and for how you market and sell goods to your customers.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the merchandise giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits.

10. Website use

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape in a way that harms service or use content for unlawful purposes. Site content is provided for information and purchasing, and we do not warrant uninterrupted availability.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. The version in effect at the time of your confirmed order applies to that order.
