Shipping abroad
We prepare lots for export on standard pallets so they can be loaded into containers or consolidated with other cargo. We quote freight to your nearest port or to your door where possible.
A 40-foot container typically holds around 20 standard pallets, depending on height and weight.

The export process
- Choose your lots and confirm the item numbers.
- We quote the lot, packing and freight to your port or door.
- Agree your shipping terms, such as ex-works (you arrange pickup) or delivered to port.
- We palletize, wrap and load the goods for your carrier or forwarder.
- You clear customs and pay any import duties or taxes in your country.
Customs and duties
Import duties, VAT or GST and customs fees are paid by the buyer and depend on your country and the goods. Ask your customs broker for the tariff codes and rules before you order.
Some goods, such as batteries, cosmetics, fragrance and electronics, may have extra restrictions. Tell us your destination so we can flag issues early.
