Pick up with confidence
Many of our buyers prefer to collect their lots themselves. It is the fastest way to receive your order, it removes freight cost, and it lets you see your pallets before they leave.
Every pickup is by appointment. Your lot is staged and counted in advance, and our team loads it with a forklift or pallet jack while you watch. When you drive away, you know exactly what is on your truck.
What happens on pickup day
1. Confirm and pay
We confirm your lot, price and any taxes, then send payment instructions. Release follows cleared payment.
2. Book your slot
Message us your preferred day and time. We confirm the address and loading arrangements.
3. Arrive and check in
Bring your confirmation and photo ID. We match your name and order to the staged lot.
4. Loading
Our team loads pallets with a forklift or pallet jack. You can check count, wrap and labels as it goes.
5. Secure and depart
Strap and secure the load. Photograph it before you leave so you have a record of the delivery.
Choose the right vehicle
A well-matched vehicle makes pickup quick and safe. As a rough guide:

Pallet size, weight and height vary by lot, so confirm your vehicle with us before you travel.
What to bring
- Your order confirmation and a photo ID
- A vehicle that suits the lot, with a clear and dry load area
- Ratchet straps, edge protectors and moving blankets
- Gloves and, for larger orders, a second person to help secure the load
- A phone to photograph the loaded vehicle and your pallets

Do I need an appointment?
Yes. We schedule pickups so that your lot is staged, counted and ready when you arrive. Message us to book a time.
When can I collect?
After your order is confirmed and payment has cleared. We then confirm the pickup address and time by WhatsApp or email.
Can someone else collect for me?
Yes, with advance notice. Tell us the name of your driver or carrier, and have them bring the order confirmation and photo ID.
What if my vehicle is too small?
Tell us your vehicle and the lot you ordered before the appointment. We will tell you whether it fits, or suggest a freight option instead.
Can I inspect before loading?
Yes. You can check the pallet count, wrap and labels before it is loaded. Condition is described in the listing, and liquidation goods are sold as-is.
